5 reasons why Jewellery Geneva is a must on your spring agenda

An intimate atmosphere and an offer shaped by the spirit of slow luxury. Set against the backdrop of prestigious watch fairs in the homeland of fine watchmaking. From April 13–19, 2026, the next edition of the boutique show Jewellery Geneva will take place. In the elegant interiors of Hotel President, the organizers will serve up the most beautiful jewellery from carefully selected brands and designers. Because at Jewellery Geneva, it’s not about quantity, but quality.

The concept behind Jewellery Geneva comes from a true industry legend – Howard Hauben, the creator of events such as the Couture Show in Las Vegas and Centurion in Arizona. For years, Howard has been closely connected to the biggest jewellery projects taking place in Switzerland (I wrote about this in detail here). His business sense and creative intuition led him to leverage the context of Geneva’s major watch fairs and launch a new, intimate business format dedicated to luxury jewellery.

VIP-style buying

Jewellery Geneva sets an excellent benchmark for boutique jewellery shows. A combination of top brands and top buyers, a prime location at the prestigious Hotel President, and a VIP-level setting and hospitality. The perfect conditions for doing brilliant business. I wrote about my impressions from my last visit to Jewellery Geneva here (spoiler: I was delighted). I’ll be back at Hotel President this April (yes, I already have styling ideas worthy of elegant Swiss streets). Why? Well…

1 – Quality, not quantity. Jewellery Geneva is not a massive trade show with thousands of booths. The exhibitor list includes 30+ brands and projects – a tightly curated group of leading jewellery names from Europe and around the world.

2 – Focus and relationships. During my last visit to the show in Geneva, I saw how perfectly this intimate format supports discovering collections, talking to designers, and building deeper relationships. The unified, elegant exhibition layout is another strong asset.

3 – Brilliant nouveautés. The carefully curated offer at Jewellery Geneva is regularly refreshed. I’m especially excited to see the collections of new exhibitors up close: MIMÍ MILANO, Niessing, Ariha.

4 – Two birds with one stone. The timing and location of Jewellery Geneva are strategic and very smart. The idea: attract visitors of the major watch fairs to do their jewellery buying as well. Hotel President is the perfect spot – right next to the city’s most important hotels.

5 – Five-star hospitality. At Jewellery Geneva, participants are treated like VIP guests. Waiters circulate with snacks and drinks. At lunchtime, excellent catering is served. The afternoon cocktail is the perfect moment for networking and relaxing. I hope we’ll raise a toast there together. Step one: register – see you at Jewellery Geneva!
