The first time I saw US bracelets in Poznań’s concept store TUTU, I thought that finally jewelry that engages in a dialogue had been created. So, maybe we should talk about boring, though customizable charms? They have a pretty flash, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired. We don’t have a guarantee of engraver renewal in the salon, and I’m not sure if it abrades earlier than the string fades out. 😉 They’re liked and worn by everyone, I assume by the long lines to the stores during all of the occasions marked on calendars. That’s why visit the Magpies here every Monday and Thursday. You’ll see that you can find inspiration both in Poland and abroad. After all, fine feathers make fine birds! Don’t always wear whatever everyone else does!

Do you know the brand US? It’s a place where words, steered from the wrist, attractively closed in steel, are of grave importance. Two talented, conscious designers joined forces, workmanship and faith in the power of words, as well as experience, knowledge and curiosity for new solutions, which is visible in refining the US. The size of the font has decreased by about 70% since the first tries, and the final result is unique and beautiful. At first, it were short messages – words in English, now they can splendidly deal with Polish characters, and much more. They rise to every written challenge, no matter the language, “just tell us what’s important to you, what inspires you, motivates or brings encouragement.” The designers will bend your word just for you. If you want to treat yourself or make someone a nice surprise, you don’t have to worry about an extra packaging. Every US leaves the store wrapped like a gift. If you have any word on your mind, count the letters, measure your wrist tightly, so your US fits perfectly. The designers will add extra space needed to buckle. The US match every outfit, but before putting them on, beware that they’re hard to part with.

You can tweet your message with 140 characters. But can you handle limiting your thought to one word? I’m a woman of my words. I believe in their message and power. I really like the combination of jewelry and typography. Maybe it’s a bit out of the character for me, but I haven’t taken the charm from my neck. And you know? It has survived all the showers. Katarzyna prefers to wear it on the wrist, and really likes it as well.
