A Maasai Warrior and Alice in Wonderland – Diamond Tales by Fullord
Jewelry full of contrasts. On the one hand: mystery and raw dynamism straight from the African plains. On the other: the elegance, structure, and precision we associate with Switzerland. Creativity, innovation, and the imperative of uniqueness come to life in the hands of master goldsmiths. Beneath the shimmer lie emotions and symbols: courage, resistance, curiosity, evolution. I feel that Fullord senses and expresses all the moods and complexity of modern femininity.
When I stood in front of Fullord’s display cases at the Bahrain jewelry fair, I had to physically restrain myself from shouting, “I’ll take everything.” Switzerland, where the brand is headquartered, evokes quiet luxury, order, and reliability in my mind. And yet, the collections designed in Geneva are a bold showcase of creativity and aesthetic courage. At the same time, when it comes to craftsmanship, this is jewelry made “the old-fashioned way”which is to say: flawlessly. Fullord pieces are produced in the brand’s own manufactory in Vicenza, in the Veneto region, renowned for its goldsmithing mastery. Only 18-carat gold certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) is used in their collections.
Baby Ghost in Paris
At the helm of Fullord is Sandrine Thibaud. A childhood spent in Africa and a cosmopolitan life story have become an inexhaustible source of inspiration, from which Sandrine has built the brand’s distinctive DNA and visual language. She introduced boldness and finesse into the world of fine jewelry. Some of Fullord’s most innovative designs such as the Scarf Ring Necklace have even been patented. The Swiss brand made headlines recently when the dazzling Baby Ghost Diva-ing ring appeared on the finger of the main character in the cult series Emily in Paris. The spirit of Fullord feels perfectly at home in Emily’s universe, where fashion playfulness meets top-tier luxury.
I would wear every single Fullord piece without hesitation, but I’ve chosen to share with you a curated selection of my sparkling favourites from the brand’s current collections highly personal, and full of genuine delight.
EDEN APPLE RING
You know my love for maximalism and colour. The Eden collection strikes exactly those chords, and does so with virtuosity. The apple-shaped ring could easily belong to Alice in Wonderland—it looks like it’s been plucked straight from a fairy tale. I adore this kind of playful aesthetic and fashion fantasy, but the craftsmanship here is very serious indeed. The composition of diamonds, sapphires, and tsavorites is pure haute design and goldsmithing excellence.

MASAI EARRINGS
Time to change the fairy tale and travel… to Africa. That’s where the inspiration for the extraordinary Masai collection comes from—a line dedicated to women who “face life’s challenges with determination and courage.” At the Bahrain fair, I had the chance to try on a stunning necklace from this collection, but for my edit I chose the rock’n’roll diamond-set earrings: classic with an edge, with not a trace of sweetness or vanilla softness.

STAR GHOST RING
The Ghost collection is the most contemporary line in Fullord’s portfolio. Its oversized, architectural forms align perfectly with current jewelry trends, yet their elegance and charm are entirely timeless. A perfect example is the Star Ghost ring, glowing like a starlit sky. This design is available both in a classic version with gold and white diamonds, and in more opulent variations with colour or as bold cocktail rings.

GHOST PRIVE RING
There is jewelry that makes time stand still and the Ghost Prive Ring is a perfect example. Although it’s hard to speak of “quiet luxury” when a spectacular 3-carat emerald-cut diamond is involved, there is nothing excessive or ostentatious about this piece. Diamonds, white gold, platinum, a modern double-ring composition it’s all pure class and aristocratic elegance. My personal favourite, and one that makes my heart race with admiration.

STAR GHOST NECKLACE
As you can see, the Ghost line dominates this selection but it simply couldn’t be otherwise. Joining my edit is a modern necklace that can be styled in several different ways. Fashion-forward, bold, expressive, yet undeniably elegant. Fun fact: I don’t usually wear bracelets, but for the ones from the Ghost collection, I would absolutely make an exception.
